William (Bill) Kuhl is an immigrant to Lisbon having grown up in the Greater Philadelphia area and then moving to Brunswick in 1985, before finally settling down with his wife, Hillary, in Lisbon Falls in 2002. Bill has been with MaineHousing (Maine State Housing Authority) since 2001 where he works with affordable housing programs throughout the State of Maine.
Bill became active in Lisbon town life and PCL in 2017 with helping to build the new playground at the MTM center. Since that time Bill has been fortunate enough to serve on the Parks & Recreation Committee, a member of the Lisbon Planning Board where he has been Vice Chair since 2019, a volunteer dad with boy Scouts Pack and Troop 109, an assistant Faith Formation instructor at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and PCL where he was elected as Vice President of the Board in 2018.
Bill regards his time serving with PCL as some of the most enjoyable moments since moving to Lisbon. The activities PCL sponsors have given him a greater appreciation for his adopted home town and the people who strive to make it a better place.
