"Lisbon Maine,  Past Present and Future"
a short film

A Brief History of PCL...

In the spring of 2012, Ross Cunningham joined Scott Benson (Town ECD) at a Maine Downtown Foundation annual event. At this event, other towns were recognized for making great progress towards revitalization. In these successful communities, the change was being orchestrated by a group of business owners and citizens working in concert with their town governments.

Following this event, Ross contacted several business leaders and citizens that shared an interest in trying to improve the Town of Lisbon. These individuals decided that a Non-profit group working with the Town Council could undertake a series of town improvement projects and work to create a social awareness of the positive aspects of our town.

Positive Change Lisbon was incorporated in October of 2012 and is recognized by the  IRS  as a 501c3 Non Profit organization.
